I led cross-functional teams, managed physicians, staff, patient workflow, and communications, oversaw billing, compliance, and implemented digital systems that improved service delivery. As the clinic's massage therapist and communications lead, I was a key driver of client acquisition and retention, boosting digital engagement, community visibility through targeted content, outreach, and messaging. Over the years, I have developed an adaptive, human-centered approach to problem-solving.
